Ingredients
- teaspoon sbutter
- tablespoon sminced garlic
- teaspoon swater
- cup ssliced fresh mushrooms
- (1 inch) thick slice scooked leftover prime rib, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup sleftover mashed potatoes, more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and water; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cover skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add prime rib and mashed potatoes; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
