Dark Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients

  • cup warm water
  • tablespoon swarm water
  • cup white sugar
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate mixture until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, 15 to 20 minutes.
