- cup mayonnaise
- (3 ounce) packageOriental-flavored ramen noodles, broken into small piece s, flavor packet reserved
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- tablespoon swhite sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
- tablespoon olive oil
- tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- (12 ounce) packagebroccoli coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar, and celery seeds in a bowl; chill dressing in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ramen noodles and almonds; cook and stir until toasted, stirring frequently, 3 to 5 minutes. Cool.
- Combine ramen noodle mixture, broccoli coleslaw mix, onion, sunflower seeds, and dressing in a bowl; stir to coat.
