Ingredients
- cup homemade braised beef shank, thinly slice d (or roast beef deli meat)
- stalk Chinese celery, thinly slice d (or 1/2 stalk regular celery, diced)
- green onion, thinly slice d
- birds eye chilis, slice d (Optional)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- tablespoon peanuts, chopped
- to 3 tablespoon shomemade chili oil
- teaspoon slight soy sauce
- teaspoon Chinkiang vinegar
- tablespoon broth from homemade braised beef shank, heated up in the microwave (Optional) (*Footnote 1)
Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, stir, and set aside.
- Add to a bowl the beef shank, celery, green onion, chilis, and half of the cilantro and peanuts. Drizzle the dressing onto it and gently toss.
- Plate the salad, drizzle with some extra chili oil if desired, and garnish with the remaining cilantro and peanuts.
