Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic and Basil

Ingredients

  • tablespoon solive oil, divided
  • pint scherry or grape tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic clove s, minced
  • tablespoon minced fresh basil

Instructions

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a 12 inch frying pan over medium high heat until oil starts to smoke.
  3. Add tomatoes to hot oil; season with salt and pepper. Sauté, shaking pan frequently, until tomatoes soften and skins just begin to wrinkle, about 2 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
