Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cup spink lemonade or cranberry juice cocktail
- 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup (\1 3/4 ounce s1/50 grams) sugar
Instructions
- Soften gelatin: Place 1 cup lemonade or cranberry juice cocktail in small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over liquid. Let stand 5 minutes to soften gelatin.
- Heat liquid: Bring 2 1/2 cups lemonade or cranberry juice cocktail and sugar to boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin mixture until all lumps dissolve. Stir in remaining 1 cup lemonade or cranberry juice cocktail. Pour into 8 inch square baking dish. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or up to 1 day.
- Cut and layer cubes: Cut gelatin into 1 inch squares. Divide squares among 4 dessert goblets or sundae dishes. Serve.
