Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoon solive oil
- 2 clove sgarlic, minced
- 3 tablespoon sparmesan cheese, grated
- juice of one lemon
- kosher salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange 1 pound asparagus, in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Toss the asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil then sprinkle with kosher salt and cracked black pepper, .
- Roast for 8 10 minutes or until the asparagus is crisp on the outside and tender in the center.
- Toss in 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, and juice of one lemon . Add more if desired. Serve immediately.
