
Ingredients
- 400 g Beef sirloin steak
- 2.5 Tbsp Cornflour (for coating)
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- 5 Tbsp Water
- 1.5 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour
Instructions
- Cut the steak into thin strips and marinate them with the Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce for 15 20 minutes.
- Coat the strips with cornflour. Heat the oil over medium heat and shallow fry the beef strips until they turn brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add the sauce mix in the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Return the beef strips to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving.
Tips
Chill the beef in the fridge beforehand to make it easier to slice.
