- 2 tablespoon soil-packed sun-dried tomatoes , rinsed and chopped fine
- 2 tablespoon schopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon schopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon sextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 small shallot , minced
