- tablespoon spanko bread crumbs
- tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
- (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine panko, Parmesan, lemon pepper seasoning, thyme, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Place salmon onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush melted butter over top, then sprinkle with panko mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
