Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (116 g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (57.5 g) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (61 g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (3 g) minced fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon (4 g) parsley leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon (3 g) fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground black pepper
- 1/4-1/2 cup (61-122 g) buttermilk(as needed for desired consistency)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, dill, garlic, onion powder, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
- Gently pour in the buttermilk a little at a time and mix until you reach the desired consistency and it's well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with salad, baked chicken, fish, or vegetables.
