Ingredients
- 1 small tin Sweetcorn, drained
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 50 g Peas
- 20 g Pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over low heat until golden and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
- Heat 1 2 tsp of cooking oil in the same pan and stir fry the diced carrot for 2 3 minutes until slightly soften. Add the peas and sweetcorn, then continue to stir fry for another 2 3 minutes.
- Add 2 3 Tbsp of water, cover the pan, and steam the vegetables briefly until the carrots are tender.
- Sprinkle in the Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder and adjust with salt if needed. Drizzle in the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and mix well.
- Return the toasted pine nuts to the pan and toss everything together before serving.
