Golden Harvest Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 small tin Sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 50 g Peas
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over low heat until golden and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 2 tsp of cooking oil in the same pan and stir fry the diced carrot for 2 3 minutes until slightly soften. Add the peas and sweetcorn, then continue to stir fry for another 2 3 minutes.
  3. Add 2 3 Tbsp of water, cover the pan, and steam the vegetables briefly until the carrots are tender.
  4. Sprinkle in the Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder and adjust with salt if needed. Drizzle in the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and mix well.
  5. Return the toasted pine nuts to the pan and toss everything together before serving.
