Fresh Apple-Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

  • cup swhite sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • large eggs
  • teaspoon svanilla extra ct
  • 1/2 teaspoon sground cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • cup sall-purpose flour
  • cup speeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup schopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans.
  2. Whisk sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in flour just until evenly mixed. Add apples and walnuts; stir until well blended. Pour into the prepared loaf pans.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.

Tips

For additional spice, add 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
