Pizza Crust for Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup swarm water (110 degrees F1/45 degrees C)
  • cup sall-purpose flour
  • cup semolina flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon solive oil
  • teaspoon sactive dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
  2. Remove after rise cycle and use with your favorite pizza recipe.
