Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound fresh sugar snap peas
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • tablespoon chopped shallots
  • teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or to taste
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Spread sugar snap peas in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with shallots, thyme, and kosher salt.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until tender yet firm, 6 to 8 minutes.
