Ingredients
- 16 ounce sPumpkin Puree
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon sflour
- 1/2 packet of phyllo dough(8 oz)
- 3/4 cup unsalted buttermelted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon shoney.
- 1/2 a stick of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, water, lemon juice and honey. Stir and drop half a stick of cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Set aside and let it cool completely.
