Popa's Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup swater
  • (12 ounce) jarhot yellow peppers with brine
  • cup white wine vinegar
  • tablespoon spickling spice (such as McCormick)
  • tablespoon white sugar
  • teaspoon ssalt
  • teaspoon ground turmeric
  • hard-boiled eggs, peeled

Instructions

  1. Stir water, peppers and brine, vinegar, pickling spice, sugar, salt, and turmeric together in a ½ gallon mason jar or container. Add eggs; seal container. Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
