Ingredients
- 1/2 cup swater
- (12 ounce) jarhot yellow peppers with brine
- cup white wine vinegar
- tablespoon spickling spice (such as McCormick)
- tablespoon white sugar
- teaspoon ssalt
- teaspoon ground turmeric
- hard-boiled eggs, peeled
Instructions
- Stir water, peppers and brine, vinegar, pickling spice, sugar, salt, and turmeric together in a ½ gallon mason jar or container. Add eggs; seal container. Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
