Vegan Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • cup scubed day-old bread
  • cup ssoy milk
  • cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (Optional)
  • tablespoon vanilla extra ct
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place bread cubes in a 9 inch baking pan. Stir soy milk, raisins, sugar, almonds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl and pour over the bread. Mix to combine.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and heated through, about 30 minutes.
