Blueberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • tablespoon sred wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon white sugar
  • pound fresh spinach
  • pint fresh blueberries
  • ounce scrumbled blue cheese
  • ounce scan died pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, and sugar in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake well.
  2. Toss spinach, blueberries, blue cheese, and candied pecans in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently; serve immediately.
