Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thigh fillets
- 1 handful Coriander or Spring onions, chopped, for garnish
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 clove sGarlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Grounded black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken fillets with the marinade for at least 2 hours for deeper flavour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place chicken fillets on the tray, reserving the marinade for later.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Brush the chicken with the reserved marinade halfway through.
- Garnish with coriander or spring onion and serve.
