Honey Lime Soy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thigh fillets
  • 1 handful Coriander or Spring onions, chopped, for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 clove sGarlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Grounded black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken fillets with the marinade for at least 2 hours for deeper flavour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Place chicken fillets on the tray, reserving the marinade for later.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes. Brush the chicken with the reserved marinade halfway through.
  5. Garnish with coriander or spring onion and serve.
