Waldorf Salad 65

Ingredients

  • apples, peeled and cut into bite-size piece s
  • 1/2 lemons, juiced
  • cup schopped pecans
  • cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®), or more to taste
  • cup raisins
  • teaspoon dried orange zest
  • teaspoon vanilla extra ct
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch stevia powder, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place apples in a large bowl and sprinkle lemon juice over the top; toss to coat. Stir pecans, mayonnaise, raisins, orange zest, vanilla extract, celery seed, salt, and stevia into apples until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.

Tips

Instead of all mayo, you can mix half mayo and half yogurt, but Hellman's(R) mayo holds up much better than anything else.
