Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon sbaking powder
- dash of salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 1(15-ounce) can peaches, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1 teaspoon of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin .
- With a wooden spoon stir together the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk.
- Put 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin tin . Add 1 tablespoon diced peaches on top of the batter.
- Sprinkle each filled muffin tin with a little brown sugar and then cinnamon.
- Bake for 10 12 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool almost completely before taking them out of the pan. Use a butter knife to loosen the edges then lift them out.
