- (15 ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
- cup frozen yellow corn kernels
- cup chopped red bell pepper
- cup chopped poblano pepper
- tablespoon chili powder
- tablespoon cumin
- garlic clove s, crushed
- cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper slice s (Optional)
Instructions
