Roasted Asparagus with Sea Salt and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • pound asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch piece s
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • tablespoon sbutter, melted
  • teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt
  • lemon, finely zested and juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place asparagus pieces in large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, black pepper, Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer asparagus to baking dish in a single layer. Bake until asparagus is tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
