Brandy Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • teaspoon sall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • tablespoon molasses
  • cup light corn syrup
  • teaspoon vanilla extra ct
  • 1/2 tablespoon sbrandy
  • cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs together with half and half. Mix in sugar, flour, salt, molasses, corn syrup, vanilla, and brandy. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done.
