  • cup frozen mango
  • small frozen banana
  • teaspoon chia seeds
  • Handful of ice

  • Slivered Almonds
  • Granola
  • Berries
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Pepitas
  • Chia Seeds
  • Shaved Chocolate Chunks
  • Nuts of Choice
  • Dried Fruit
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Place smoothie ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings, and devour!
