Ingredients
- medium sweet potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch slice sthen cubed
- tablespoon scornstarch
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- tablespoon smargarine
- cup water
Instructions
- Toss sweet potatoes with cornstarch in a resealable plastic bag until evenly coated.
- Place coated sweet potatoes into a multi functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot). Add maple syrup, white sugar, brown sugar, and margarine. Pour in water and stir to combine. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick release method according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
