2 tablespoon sdash i-flavored red miso paste, or white miso paste

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil. Add the soft tofu and mushrooms, then add the clams. Boil for about 2 minutes, or until all the clams have opened.
Turn off the heat and add the miso (do not boil the miso). Stir with chopsticks or a ladle until dissolved. Top with the chopped scallions and serve hot with steamed rice.
