Ingredients
- 4 cup sold-fashioned oats
- 1 cup slice d almonds
- 1 cup sshelled pumpkin seedspepitas
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoon sground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oilor coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrupor honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add 4 cups old fashioned oats , 1 cup sliced almonds , 1 cups shelled pumpkin seeds , ½ cup shredded coconut , 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon , and 1 teaspoon salt to a medium bowl and mix until combined.
- Add ½ cup olive oil , ½ cup maple syrup , and ¼ cup peanut butter to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 25 minutes until golden brown, stirring it halfway through the baking time.
- Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking it up and stirring in ½ cup dried cranberries .
