Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • cup smilk
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup small pearl tapioca
  • eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Stir together milk, sugar, tapioca, and beaten eggs in a slow cooker until well combined.
  2. Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
