- 3/4 cup uncooked white rice

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup slow sodium, low fat vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup scan ned black beans, drained
Instructions

- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until onion has softened, about 3 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
