Ingredients
- Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup swater, more as needed
- (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
- (5.5 ounce) packageau gratin instant potato mix
- cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, water, broth, and au gratin potato mix together in a large pot. Add more water to cover potatoes, if needed.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes. Stir in cream until heated through.
