Aaahh! Potato Soup

Ingredients

• Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
• 1/2 cup swater, more as needed
• (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
• (5.5 ounce) packageau gratin instant potato mix
• cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Combine potatoes, water, broth, and au gratin potato mix together in a large pot. Add more water to cover potatoes, if needed.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes. Stir in cream until heated through.
