Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cup sRomaine lettuce
- 2 cup scooked and cubed boneless chicken breastrotisserie works great
- 3/4 cup chopped croutons
- 4 whole grain whole grain wrapsor tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl , add ¾ cup light Caesar salad dressing , ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese , ½ teaspoon garlic powder , ¼ teaspoon black pepper , and 1 tablespoon lemon juice . Stir to combine.
- Add 2 cups Romaine lettuce , 2 cups cooked and cubed boneless chicken breast , and ¾ cup chopped croutons . Toss together until coated well.
- Divide about ⅔ of the chicken mixture into 4 whole grain whole grain wraps and roll up.
