Ingredients
- pound rhubarb, cut into 1/4-inch slice s
- cup white sugar
- (3 ounce) packagestrawberry flavored Jell-O mix
- (15.25 ounce) packageyellow cake mix
- cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions

- Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, followed by gelatin mix, and finally cake mix. Pour water and melted butter over the top. Do not stir. Jake Sternquist / Food Styling: Holly Dreesman / Prop Styling: Gabriel Greco
