Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Walla Walla or other sweet onion, thinly slice d
- (4 ounce) packagecream cheese
- hot dogs, or your favorite sausages
- hot dog buns
- cup sauerkraut
- brown mustard
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill (or a grill pan) for medium high heat and lightly oil the grate (or grill pan). Allrecipes / Christine Ma
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook slowly until softened and deep brown, about 15 minutes. Allrecipes / Christine Ma
- Warm cream cheese in a separate small skillet over low heat until very soft. Allrecipes / Christine Ma
- Grill hot dogs on the preheated grill (or grill pan) until well browned. Lightly grill hot dog buns on both sides. Allrecipes / Christine Ma
