Easy Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • tablespoon sall-purpose flour
  • large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • cup crabmeat
  • cup diced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat eggs, mayonnaise, flour, and milk in a medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Stir in crab, cheese, and onion; transfer into pie shell.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
