Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • tablespoon hemp protein powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • medium banana, slice d and frozen
  • slice apple, chopped
  • tablespoon peanut butter, or more to taste
  • teaspoon honey
  • cubesice

Instructions

  1. Place oats, hemp powder, and cinnamon into small bowl and stir just to combine.
  2. Place ingredients in a blender in the following order: almond milk, banana slices, chopped apple slice, peanut butter, honey, oats mixture from bowl, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve.

Tips

Use a Gala or Red Delicious apple. The honey and cinnamon are optional to use.
