Chocolate Chip Muffins

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • large egg
  • cup sall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • teaspoon sbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon swhite sugar
  • tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

  3. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl, making a well in the center. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
  4. Pour milk mixture into well and stir until batter is just combined; fold in chocolate chips. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

  6. Combine 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar and 1 tablespoon brown sugar in a small bowl; sprinkle on tops of muffins. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
