New Orleans BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of large shrimppeeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon sCajun seasoning
  • 5 tablespoon sof butter
  • 2 tablespoon sWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning on the shrimp; toss to coat evenly.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve; garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
