Ingredients
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- pinch garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- green bell peppers, minced
- onion, chopped
- carrots, thinly slice d
- tablespoon solive oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until browned.
- Add carrots, and cook until slightly softened. Add onions, bell peppers, sage, garlic powder, and soy sauce; cook and stir continuously until chicken and vegetables are done, about 5 to 10 minutes.
