Ingredients

  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • tablespoon sstrawberry jam
  • tablespoon schia seeds (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir together yogurt, oats, jam, and chia seeds in a jar or container. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
