Ingredients
- pound sground beef
- large onion, chopped
- (28 ounce) can sdiced tomatoes
- (15.25 ounce) can sblack beans, drained
- (15.25 ounce) can syellow corn, drained
- (30 ounce) jardiced nopales (cactus)
- (8 ounce) can tomato paste
- tablespoon schili powder
- tablespoon swhite sugar
- chipotle pepper, chopped
- teaspoon sgarlic powder
- teaspoon ground cumin
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir until beef browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, nopales, tomato paste, chili powder, sugar, chipotle pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cover slow cooker.
- Cook on Low until flavors combine, about 4 hours.
