  • cup ricotta cheese plus
  • tablespoon sricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • large eggs, separated
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • tablespoon can ola oil, or as needed

Instructions
