Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • ounce s(454 g) white chocolate, coarsely chopped and divided*
  • teaspoon vegetableoil, divided
  • cup(250 g) creamypeanut butter*
  • 1/4 cup(4 Tbsp;56 g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • cup(120 g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extra ct
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup(100 g) choppedReese’s Piece scan dies

Instructions

  1. White Chocolate: You need a pound of white chocolate to make this triple layered bark. Or feel free to use semi sweet or dark chocolate, or use white chocolate for 1 layer and semi sweet/dark chocolate for the other chocolate layer.
  2. Vegetable Oil: Just a touch of oil helps the white chocolate melt into an extra smooth, easily spreadable consistency.
  3. Peanut Butter: You want to use the smooth and creamy processed kind for this recipe. Natural peanut butter is great most of the time, but won’t do the filling any favors it won’t set.
  4. Confectioners’ Sugar: To thicken & sweeten the peanut butter filling.
