Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- tablespoon sgrated yellow onion
- tablespoon celery salt
- large head red cabbage, thinly slice d
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- cup crumbled blue cheese
- cup slivered toasted almonds
Instructions
- Combine sugar, onion, and celery salt in a large bowl. Let sit for 1 hour.
- Add cabbage to the marinade and stir to combine. Pour in vinegar and oil and mix well. Season with black pepper; top with blue cheese and almonds.
