Crockpot Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • cup sfresh cranberriespicked over
  • applespeeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Zest and Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Use a potato masher to mash the cranberry apple mixture to your desired consistency.
  4. Continue cooking for 1 more hour with the lid slightly ajar.
  5. Serve immediately with a holiday meal, or cool completely and refrigerate for later use.
