Mushroom Swiss Burger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms, thick slice d
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 clove sgarlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • \1 1/2 pound sground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slice sSwiss cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • butterfor toasting buns
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat ½ cup butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add in 1 pound baby bella mushrooms, and ½ shallot, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce , 2 cloves garlic, and salt and pepper to taste . Sauté another 2 3 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from heat and set aside.
