Ingredients
- small fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- medium banana, cut into chunks
- ounce snonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- tablespoon swhipped cream
Instructions
- Put peaches and banana chunks in a zip top freezer bag. Transfer to the freezer, along with the Greek yogurt, until frozen, 4 to 5 hours.
- Combine frozen fruit, frozen Greek yogurt, and vanilla frozen yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
Tips
You can use nonfat peach Greek yogurt instead of vanilla, if desired.
