Fluffy Egg Strata

Ingredients

• thick slice swhite bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
• cup sshredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup schopped fresh mushrooms (Optional)
• 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
• eggs
• 1/2 cup shalf-and-half
• teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

2. Toss cubed bread, cheese, mushrooms, and bacon together in a large bowl; pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. ALLRECIPES / DIANA CHISTRUGA
