Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • pound cubed beef stew meat
  • (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • (15 ounce) can green beans
  • (15 ounce) can carrots with juice
  • (15 ounce) can slice d potatoes with juice
  • (1.25 ounce) packagebeef with onion soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place crushed tomatoes, beef, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper into a slow cooker; stir to combine.
  2. Cook on Low for at least 6 hours. Add water if necessary.
